Nopeify values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how Nopeify handles your information when you use the app on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Nopeify does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data stays entirely on your device.

No personal data is shared or transmitted outside your device. Nopeify does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks of any kind.
All information you enter is used solely to power the app’s core features — managing timers, displaying focus and break intervals, and optionally tracking your progress locally on your device. We do not collect or share any of your data with third parties.
If you use iCloud to sync your data across devices, Apple’s iCloud service handles that process securely using your Apple ID. Nopeify never has access to your iCloud data directly.
Your data is stored securely within iOS and macOS system-protected containers. Nopeify does not use or require any external servers, accounts, or logins. All system-level privacy and security protections from Apple apply.
Nopeify does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates entirely within the Apple ecosystem and uses only Apple-provided frameworks.
Nopeify is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from anyone under 13 years old.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
